I made this coffee-chocolate cake with mocha mascapone frosting for my friend Keith’s birthday this summer. I told him I would make this cake for him a long time ago. Soo this summer for his 22 birthday, entirely insignificant, haha I did. As you can see the frosting turned out a lot lighter than in the picture which is what many people said in the comments. It would have been even lighter if I had bought the second 8oz. of mascapone (I forgot to buy the extra container). Anyways it was still pretty delicious and moist. I don’t think I’d make it again but I’m glad I tried.
