This weeks post is a little more ordinary than pizza week but still absolutely delicious ! I received a mortar and pestle from my mom for my birthday which was immediately put to use at my parents house feeding all of our easter guests guacamole (avocado, tomato, salt, red onion, cilantro, no citrus because of my father’s allergy). I came back home to Philly and decided I MUST make a grilled cheese using Sargento’s Bruschetta Jack cheese and my homemade guacamole (plus lime this time !). Can I just say, YUM. This flavorful and tasty grilled cheese, along with the 75 degree weather, just made my day. I’ll be making blueberry ice cream this week so look out for that post coming soon.
