This is a recipe my sister in law and step-mother in law use all the time and is quite delicious. Definitely should have oiled my hands and taken my rings off before kneading the dough. It didn’t really rise as you can see in the second picture and came out looking ok but the crust was way to hard. My sister in law and I talked about it and think it wasn’t in a warm enough area to rise and that affected the end result. That being said it still made some tasty grilled cheese and welsh rarebit.
