First I want to apologize for the picture quality as it is poor and from my iPhone late last night in a fairly dark kitchen. These rosemary and parmesan madeleines are delicious although a bit salty. They’re much simpler than I imagined them to be although the process was made so by my KitchenAid. The rosemary is strong in a pleasant and fresh way, I definitely recommend serving them fresh. The butter bubbling up around them when they come out of the oven makes them almost irresistible. Next I’ll have to try the traditional sweet ones !
